Jessica has been practicing yoga since 2008. She is a classically trained ballet and modern dancer. She has over 500 hrs. of yoga training, with certifications in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

Her classes are typically a combination of both of these styles, with an emphasis on breath (pranayama) techniques. She enjoys balances of any kind, black coffee, cats, and helping others on their journey to wellness. Currently, she is perusing her M.A. in dance movement therapy and counseling at Drexel University.
