Yoga came into my life as part of my dance training in 2008. Classical ballet, modern dance, alignment, and anatomy are some of the disciplines that have shaped my teaching . I have over 500 hrs. of training in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. The classes I teach are typically a combination of both styles, with an emphasis on breath (pranayama) and alignment. I enjoy balances of any kind, black coffee, cats, and helping others on their journey to wellness :) Currently also pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Monmouth University.
